MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERM & RENEWAL

• The package does not have a fixed term.
‍
• Payments are automatically renewed on a monthly basis until the customer requests cancellation.
‍
• A 12-month contract will be signed and will be automatically renewed unless the customer requests to terminate the subscription.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

Customers are required to provide 30 days’ notice prior to the first day of the following billing cycle.

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

• If the customer has used the service for less than 6 months, the deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation, under any circumstances.

• If the customer has used the service for 6 months or more, 100% of the deposit will be refunded as the last month fee, provided that a 30-day prior cancellation notice is given.

PAYMENT & USAGE TERMS

Customers must ensure sufficient balance in their account for automatic billing.In the event of failed payment:

• STEEL reserves the right to suspend services and deny access to all STEEL clubs.
‍
• No extension of usage time will be granted during the suspension period.

What is the Monthly Membership? How is it different from other STEEL memberships?

The Monthly Membership is designed for those who want to enjoy the full STEEL membership experience while paying monthly instead of upfront for the full year. You’ll receive the same membership benefits, with a more flexible payment structure and a deposit as outlined in the package terms.

Is there a long-term contract commitment?

The membership has a 12-month contract term, with payments made monthly rather than upfront. The membership automatically renews unless you choose to cancel. You can cancel by providing 30 days’ notice, with no cancellation fee.

How much do I need to pay upfront?

Your initial payment includes the first month’s membership fee + one month’s deposit:

• House Membership: 3,950,000 vnd + 3,950,000 vnd = 7,900,000 vnd
• Solo Membership:2,950,000 vnd + 2,950,000 vnd= 5,900,000 vnd

Can I get my deposit back?

Your deposit is fully refundable if you maintain your membership for at least 6 months. If you cancel before completing 6 months, the deposit is non-refundable.

How does payment and card registration work?

When you start your membership, you’ll sign the membership agreement and register your payment card directly at the club. From the following month onward, your membership fee will be automatically charged, so you won’t need to make the payment manually each month.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

Simply provide 30 days’ notice before the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if my automatic payment fails?

Please make sure your registered card has sufficient funds on the payment date. If the payment is unsuccessful, STEEL may temporarily suspend your membership benefits and access to STEEL clubs until the outstanding payment is completed. The suspension period will not be added to or compensated for in your membership term.
