My fitness journey began during medical school, when I realized I could help people prevent illness through education on the benefits of exercise, rather than treating them after disease had already developed. This realization was deeply meaningful to me, and in 2018 I made the decision to leave medical school to pursue a career in fitness coaching.

My fitness journey began during medical school, when I realized I could help people prevent illness through education on the benefits of exercise, rather than treating them after disease had already developed. This realization was deeply meaningful to me, and in 2018 I made the decision to leave medical school to pursue a career in fitness coaching.
The real lessons, however, came from my own struggles. I unintentionally gained 10kg due to a lack of nutritional knowledge, then developed binge eating habits in an attempt to lose weight. That difficult period taught me that sustainable change requires more than exercise science — it also demands an understanding of the psychological side of transformation.
After recovering and studying coaching in greater depth, I have spent the past seven years specializing in women’s health. My proudest moments are when clients tell me they not only see physical changes but also feel joy in the process, realizing their bodies are capable of far more than they imagined.
My philosophy is not about perfect programs or extreme changes — it is about walking alongside women through their unique journeys, with empathy shaped by my own lived experiences.

Coaching Achievements
Helped a senior executive and mother of two maintain consistent training for over a year, despite commuting more than 30km daily between Long An and Ho Chi Minh City — sometimes training as late as 10PM. Through this journey, she transformed her mindset about strength training, recognized the importance of building muscle, and discovered that each session gave her energy and renewed confidence in her body.
