Contact CoachI used to have very poor physical health—often fainting after running just 2 kilometers. When I moved away from home for school, I realized how vulnerable I was without anyone to care for me if I got sick. That became the turning point where I committed to improving my fitness and joined a gym. I was fortunate to discover Powerlifting and spent five years training in this discipline. It taught me proper movement mechanics, physical strength, and most importantly, self-discipline.
Over time, I expanded my focus beyond strength, participating in 5km and 21km marathons and trail running to strengthen both body and mind.Through this journey, I gained not only better health but also a deeper understanding of how training impacts mental resilience and long-term well-being.
Grateful for this transformation, I chose to become a coach to help others train safely, effectively, and sustainably.
