As a coach, I don’t believe in unsustainable approaches to fitness. I don’t promote extreme dieting, rapid body transformations, or methods that compromise health for aesthetic results. I believe a healthy and well-built body should come from evidence-based training, proper nutrition, and long-term consistency supported by strong self-discipline. To me, fitness goes far beyond physical appearance. It is a process of developing a stronger body, a sharper mindset, a more resilient mentality, and a healthier connection with yourself.

I didn’t start my fitness journey because I was born with a great physique. In fact, I used to struggle with unhealthy eating habits, sleeping too much, and living a very inactive lifestyle just to gain weight (35kg at 149cm tall). I was also deeply insecure about my posture issues, including forward head posture, rounded back, and anterior pelvic tilt.
Everything started to change when I found the gym. After training with a coach for just one month, I gained 2kg, something I had never imagined possible. That experience completely changed the way I saw fitness, and I slowly fell in love with the process.
That experience helped me understand that sustainable body transformation is not built through extreme methods, but through proper education, body awareness, and individualized training. This realization ultimately led me to pursue a career as a coach, where I aim to help others improve both their physical health and confidence through effective and sustainable training methods.
Personal Milestones:
- Free Diving: Earned the PADI Freediver / Wave 1 certification in Nha Trang
- Hypertrophy & Corrective Exercise: Spent 2 years training consistently to build muscle and correct postural imbalances
- Completed a 15km run in 1 hour and 32 minutes, maintaining a pace of 7–7.5 min/km
- Have been building a healthy lifestyle while continuously updating knowledge and improving professional expertise to help both myself and clients grow in a positive direction
Coaching Achievements:
- Mr. Animesh: Lost 20kg (from 120kg to 100kg) after 5 months of training (124 sessions). Recovered from hypothyroidism, improved shoulder and ankle mobility, reduced knee pain, stabilized blood sugar levels, and eliminated kidney stones.
- Mrs. Lan: Lost 5kg, gained 1.2kg of muscle, and reduced body fat from 32% to 24% after 16 sessions (1.5 months).
- Mr. Ben: Improved Overhead Posture Syndrome, Kyphosis-Lordosis posture, Hip Shift, and Elevated Shoulders, while gaining 7kg after 5 months (46 sessions) of hypertrophy and rehabilitation training (corrective exercise).
