With over 3 years of coaching experience and 9 years of personal training experience, I focus on helping clients build a safe, effective, and sustainable foundation for movement and fitness. Throughout my coaching journey, I place strong emphasis on proper training technique, individualized programming based on each client’s condition, and developing healthy habits that can be maintained long-term in everyday life.
Alongside coaching, I am also involved in fitness branding and social media content creation. This experience has helped me better understand how to motivate, inspire, and connect with a community that shares a passion for movement and healthy living. I believe training is not only about transforming physical appearance, but also about helping people become more confident, healthier, and more positive in their everyday lives.
