Starting out as someone who has always loved movement and aspired to have a strong, healthy physique, I began my fitness journey with gym training. While exploring more scientific approaches to exercise, I discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its precision, elegance, and the deep connection it fosters between body and mind. Since then, Pilates has not only become a true passion, but also the professional path I’ve committed to pursuing seriously.With a desire to spread positive energy and inspire others to live healthier, more balanced lives, I continuously seek to learn, grow, and refine my practice. I am currently undergoing advanced training in STOTT Pilates – one of the most respected and methodical approaches to Pilates in the world.

ACHIEVEMENTS & MILESTONES

With over 3 years of experience as a fitness instructor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients ranging in age from 20 to 50 – each with their own unique story and goals. Through a personalized and empathetic approach, I’ve helped my clients not only improve their physique and manage their weight, but also significantly reduce common health issues such as neck, shoulder, and upper back pain – often caused by sedentary lifestyles or desk jobs.Seeing my clients regain mobility, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies every day is the greatest motivation that keeps me growing and evolving in my journey as a trainer.
