• From a Love for Soccer to a Drive for Personal Growth

My love for sports started early. When I was 10, I kicked my first soccer ball, and that moment sparked a lifelong passion. I spent two to three days a week on the field, not just building my physical skills but also soaking up the pure joy of the game.

By high school, I was ready to take my passion to the next level. Besides playing for my school’s team, I worked on sharpening my skills through advanced training, focusing on accurate passing and powerful, precise shots. I also started strength and conditioning training to improve my game. Those hours on the field and in the gym taught me that progress comes from persistence and a desire to keep pushing myself further.

• Trying New Things to Discover My Potential

Even though soccer was my first love, I wanted to challenge myself in new ways. I explored bodybuilding and CrossFit, learning different training techniques to develop not just my physical fitness but also my understanding of what I was truly capable of. These experiences gave me a strong foundation for my fitness journey.

• From a Marketing Degree to a Career in Coaching

After four years in college, I graduated with a degree in Marketing and landed a stable 9-to-5 job. But deep down, I knew my heart wasn’t in it. My passion wasn’t behind a desk—it was in training, fitness, and helping others grow. So, I made the life-changing decision to leave that stability behind and become a full-time coach.

That decision wasn’t just about changing careers; it was about living my passion every day. As a coach, I realized I wasn’t just teaching people how to train—I was helping them discover their full potential. Seeing their progress has brought me more joy and inspiration than I ever imagined.
