Personal Training Story

Hung used to feel insecured about his appearance, quickly developed an interest in sports. At the age of 12 and 13, he started dedicating an hour a day to practicing push-ups. By the time he turned 15, Hung had taken his passion for fitness to a whole new level. Over the course of seven years of consistent training, his physical appearance and overall health showed remarkable improvement, earning him the respect and admiration of those around him who were impressed by his unwavering commitment. Hung's favorite exercise happens to be the deadlift, a fantastic workout for building muscle. Since it requires the seamless coordination of multiple movements, it demands a considerable amount of practice time.

Enhanced the physique and well-being of numerous clients, particularly those with hectic schedules. He has accompanied Ms. Huong Giang, who had never engaged in workouts before, to shed 4kg while simultaneously increasing her hip circumference by 5cm. Providing support to Mr. Le Thanh, an individual with a packed schedule experienced significant muscle development and notable physique improvements with a limited training frequency of 3 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes. Furthermore, Hung currently trains as a Hybrid athlete, boasting proud achievements in both the realms of fitness and running. He has competed in Powerlifting and completed a half marathon at Lam Dong Trail and Thu Duc City Run.
