Kathy had worked as a Food & Beverage attendant in 5-star hotels in Melbourne for more than 4 years before finding her passion for health, fitness and wellness. The experience has tempered her into an excellent communicator, a personal trait that is especially important in being a Fitness Coach. Her favourite exercise is Push-up. “This is a great compound exercise for a stronger upper body. Some might think that only men shall do this exercise. To me, this amazing exercise can be beneficial to both men and women by assisting us in our daily chores, as simple as carrying two heavy bags when grocery shopping.”
