BIO

Thinh has been dedicated to resistance training since his high school years, fueled by a love for sports and a desire to enhance health. At the age of 20, he took on a part-time role as a personal trainer while pursuing his college education.

Upon graduating, he began working in an office but soon recognized that it did not align with his interests. He made the decision to leave the traditional 9-to-5 role to follow his passion and returned to coaching. This time, he committed himself to studying, researching, and practicing to establish a solid foundation in self-training and coaching.

Thinh subscribes to the philosophy that "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication," as articulated by Leonardo da Vinci. He believes that combining sports science with minimalist training principles is essential for achieving both physical and mental well-being. Consequently, he employs straightforward, safe, and tailored methods to facilitate health improvements and foster peace of mind for those he mentors.
