Contact CoachSince I was young, I’ve enjoyed activities like running, badminton, and swimming-not because I felt pressured to look a certain way, but simply because I genuinely loved the feeling of moving, sweating, and connecting with people who radiate positive energy. Sports gradually became a part of my lifestyle, helping me build confidence and feel full of life.
I started coaching in 2023, initially just to explore something new. But the more I did it, the more I fell in love with the work and decided to pursue it seriously.
In just a year and a half, I’ve turned that passion into a career-constantly learning, making mistakes, and growing along the way. As a young coach, I may not know everything yet, but one thing I know for sure is that I always give my full effort in every session and genuinely care about the journey of each person I train with.
Personal Milestones:
Starting with powerlifting and later transitioning to hypertrophy training, I never focused solely on achievements or numbers. Instead, I’ve always viewed training as a journey of understanding and appreciating my body on a deeper level. Through each phase, I’ve learned to embrace my imperfections and intentionally build a healthier, more balanced body-both physically and mentally-tailored to who I truly am.
Coaching Achievements:
To me, success isn’t just about numbers or dramatic changes in appearance. It’s about the positive, trusting relationships I build with each of my clients. I take pride in being able to walk alongside them, listen wholeheartedly, and inspire them to recognize the value of their own bodies-so they can develop sustainable, healthy movement habits that last.
• NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training: International Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
• Manual Therapy for Muscle Release: Completed a course in therapeutic muscle release through Manual Therapy.
