Contact CoachI started training at the age of 17, driven by dissatisfaction with my overweight appearance. Before that, I had played basketball on my school team since I was 15, but in order to improve my vertical jump and manage my weight more effectively, I turned to weightlifting.
That summer marked the beginning of my serious fitness journey. It was then that I realized fitness wasn’t just about building muscles-it was an entire world of fascinating biological knowledge. The more I understood how my body functioned, the deeper my passion grew. From that point on, I knew that becoming a coach was the path I truly wanted to pursue in the long run.
At 19, I began diving deeper into exercise science and earned my international certification by the age of 21. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I even set up my own home gym to directly support clients through that challenging time. With over six years of experience, I’ve continually refined my coaching approach-blending scientific principles with real-world practice to design effective programs tailored to each person’s unique goals and physical condition.
Personal Milestones:
I spent three years as a powerlifting athlete-a period that shaped not only my physical strength but also my discipline and focus. Pursuing a sport that demands absolute power gave me a deep understanding of movement mechanics and safe training techniques, which later became a solid foundation for coaching a wide range of clients effectively.
Coaching Achievements:
I take pride in the fact that over 90% of my clients have reported high satisfaction and visible improvements in both their physique and overall health. On average, many have lost 5–7 kg within three months (depending on their condition), but more importantly, I’ve helped them build sustainable workout habits-making movement a natural part of their daily life. To me, true success isn’t measured by short-term numbers, but by long-lasting, positive changes in each person’s mindset toward training.
