Contact CoachI began my fitness journey and pursuit of becoming a coach in 2021, while working as a consultant at a gym. Through consistent training, I discovered that my true passion wasn’t just about improving myself-it was about walking alongside others on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
I came to understand that passion alone isn’t enough to become a professional coach. I needed a solid foundation of technical knowledge, consistent physical conditioning, and an internationally recognized certification, which led me to earn the NCSF credential. For two years, I balanced studying and training while starting to coach individuals in Strength Training to gain real-world insights from my clients.
After completing my certification, I continued developing my expertise at a boutique fitness studio specializing in Hybrid Training, where I led both group classes and one-on-one sessions. Today, I have three years of experience in the field, working across personal training and group formats. Currently, I’m proud to be part of the STEEL team, where I continue to promote a training philosophy that is safe, effective, and tailored to each individual.
Personal Milestones:
Even while working in sales, I maintained a consistent training routine and successfully earned my international personal trainer certification from NCSF.
In addition, I began taking on freelance personal coaching clients, which gave me a broader perspective on how each individual’s body, mindset, and progress can differ throughout their fitness journey.
Later on, I continued to sharpen my skills at a boutique fitness studio specializing in Hybrid Training. This environment helped me strengthen my ability to lead group classes and optimize training outcomes within a class-based setting.
Coaching Achievements:
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, especially office workers who often experience shoulder, back, and hip issues due to prolonged sitting. Through posture-focused exercises and proper technique adjustments, I’ve helped them reduce pain, restore mobility, and feel more agile in their daily routines.
Beyond designing personalized training programs, I also provide tailored nutrition planning to support fat loss, muscle gain, and improved endurance. To me, lasting transformation doesn’t come from a single great workout - it comes from building and maintaining healthy habits every day.
