WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Supervise and ensure all equipment meets operational standards and supports a high-quality member experience.

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in line with approved budgets.

• Report task progress, workload, and technical issues to the Operations Manager.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Work Location:
Main Office: STEEL 2 – 92-96 Ha Huy Tap Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
Technical Support (as needed): STEEL 1 – Diamond Island, Maldives Tower, Binh Trung Tay Ward, Thu Duc City.

SCOPE OF WORK

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and ensure all equipment meets operational standards and member satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated list of all machinery, tools, and equipment – especially high-priority machines requiring frequent repair or part replacement.
• Oversee and evaluate contractor performance during maintenance and repair work.
• Coordinate regular inspections of all facility equipment.
• Execute periodic maintenance activities in alignment with departmental procedures.

Maintenance & Budget Compliance:
• Develop and manage quarterly and annual maintenance budgets.
• Conduct scheduled servicing of technical and sanitation-related equipment.

Reporting & Problem Solving:
• Prepare detailed progress reports, including workload and arising technical issues.
• Propose actionable solutions to the Maintenance Manager for effective issue resolution.

• Supervise and ensure all equipment meets operational standards and enhances member satisfaction with the facility.
• Maintain a complete inventory of all machinery and maintenance tools, especially those requiring frequent part replacement or repair.
• Oversee contractor activities related to maintenance and equipment handling.
• Coordinate and execute routine equipment inspections.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.

Maintenance & Budget Execution:

• Develop and manage quarterly and annual maintenance budgets.
• Carry out scheduled servicing of equipment and hygiene-related systems in relevant departments.

Reporting & Problem Solving:

• Prepare progress reports detailing workload, completed tasks, and any technical issues.
• Recommend appropriate solutions to the Maintenance Manager for timely and effective issue resolution.

Performance Measurement Index:

• Rate of equipment issues resolved within the designated timeframe.
• Member satisfaction rate (specifically regarding facility quality) based on survey results.
• Percentage of approved system-wide maintenance spending utilized effectively.
• Task completion rate based on assignments received.
