During the years of high school and university, while still engaged in training and competing in basketball, Hao discovered that what truly excited him wasn't just the basketball sessions, but the profound sensation of the body in motion. Hao dedicated a considerable amount of time delving deeper into understanding ways to jump higher, run faster, be healthier, stronger, and achieve a leaner physique to excel in the sport. Unintentionally, this exploration led him to the realm of physical fitness training. With a starting point not as someone solely dedicated to weightlifting, Hao found himself unbound by any preconceived training models or standards.
