Dat began training in high school with the goal of improving his appearance and strength. He started studying and researching fitness for many years because of a strong passion. He highly understands the value of exercise and a healthy diet in life because of the information he has obtained from years of study and training. As a result, he chose to train as a coach to assist individuals in improving their health or achieving their objectives. Dat’s favorite exercise is Bench press. The bench press is a magnificent way to improve overall strength. A bench press requires a tremendous deal of techniques and brings various versions and creativity for learners.
