Lam began her health journey with the desire to heal herself. Long years of neglecting health, improper diet, and mental stress have brought Lam to a state of complete exhaustion. Only then did Lam realize that health, both physically and mentally, is the foundation for a full and happy life.
Thanks to those experiences, Lam shares a deep understanding with customers - always listening and observing to deliver a suitable and enjoyable experience. Her favourite exercise is Squat.
Squats! Lam loves the feeling of being firmly on her feet when lifting a weight greater than her own body weight! It never ceases to amaze her of what we are all capable of.
