Quitting a job in finance to be a Fitness Coach is not something lots of people are willing to do - that is not the case with Dung. Started his training for bodybuilding at 15 after seeing his health deteriorated significantly due to being overweight, Dung finally discovered he wanted to be in an industry where he can help people the same way he has helped himself.

Dung knew of STEEL through a Bodybuilding competition and quickly fits in with STEEL training perspective: science based & building it into a lifestyle. If Dung can gradually build up strength and muscle to deadlift 320kg, while still enjoying the occassional milk tea as a guilty pleasure,
so can you.

His favourite exercise is Squat.
Squat is a great measurement for a person’s strength. You can do a lot of other exercises to improve or correct your weakness, but at the end of the day, if you can squat heavier with good skills, you’re moving forward.
