Minh fell in love with weight training in grade ten when he joined his school's tug of war team. He has been continually learning more about the subject ever since and came to the conclusion that resistance training combined with a proper diet are the keys to optimal human health and performance. Minh brought his passion with him as he went to university abroad and joined a Nutrition and Exercise program.
After four years of studying, he graduated with distinction and is now back in Vietnam, armed with knowledge and ready to help the people that he loves by doing what he loves.
His favourite exercise is Deadlift.
One cannot rush a well-executed deadlift. It requires time, patience, and intent to properly perform a deadlift.
